RSVP Pitching Information & important deadline info

Please read. This message contains important information about our pitching session.

During our opening ceremony, we presented two options for presenting your projects to the judges. Our preferred option is to pitch live during a Zoom meeting, scheduled for April 9th at 5:00 PM EST, as this will be looked upon more favorably by our esteemed judges.

To participate in the live pitching session, kindly RSVP using the form provided below, prior to the live session, along with the corresponding details of your team:

During the session, you will have a maximum of two minutes to present your project to the distinguished panel of judges. If needed, we may extend this time depending on the number of RSVP submissions, and we will keep you informed of any updates. Please note that going over the allocated time limit will result in us having to interrupt you & there will not be any deductions to your score.

To ensure an expedited and smooth experience for both our judges and participants, we ask that you double check all information in your RSVP and devpost submissions so there is no last minute confusion & if you need to edit parts of your RSVP, please open a ticket or email us. Devpost will allow participants to go back and edit their submissions right up until the submissions deadline on April 9th at 4:30 PM EST.

If you need to continue working on your project under extreme circumstances beyond this deadline, please let us know and we may be able to make some accommodations in some cases.

We strongly encourage all teams to participate in the live pitching session to maximize their hackathon experience. In case you are unable to attend the live session, we will accept a 1-2 minute video pitch, to be submitted directly to Devpost.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to open a ticket in our discord support channel or email us at admin@educatehacks.com.
